Class Descriptions

Aerial Yoga – Get the best of both aerial and yoga in this unique class. Using a hammock made from Aerial Silks fabric, students will explore poses that will enhance and compliment traditional yoga practice. The hammock is used to suspend the spine and other parts of the body to support a broad range of yoga postures. This class will improve your strength, balance, and flexibility no matter your fitness level – no previous aerial or yoga practice needed.
These classes are held at:
Santosa Wellness Centre This class uses the “yoga swing” with a set of handles.

Vinyasa Yoga – A dynamic form of asana movement evolved from the original teachings of Hatha Vinyasa . Each class is also a tool towards living consciously & encouraging you to create deep inner practice of self awareness. We will develop a loving relationship between your breath, your physical body and the mind that runs them. Held at Sala Samadhi & Yoga Connections

Yin Yoga – Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses or asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply a slow stretch to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This class is held at Sala Samadhi & Santosa Wellness Center

Hatha Yoga – A traditional Hatha Yoga class, The focus being on whatever the students need. Held at Sala Samadhi
